Adobe launched this week a $9.99 per month deal called Photoshop Photography Program for customers who have perpetual Photoshop CS3-CS6 license.
With a 12-month commitment, those who get the offer will have access to Photoshop CC, Lightroom 5, Behance ProSite, 20 GB of online storage, access to Creative Cloud learn’s training resources and ongoing upgrades and updates.
The offer will be available until the 31st December 2013. The idea behind this sale is to motivate Photoshop users to take advantage of Adobe’s Creative Cloud service that counts with the latest company’s tools.
However, the Photoshop Photography Program is seems to be not to appealing for those users who just are interested in Lightroom and Photoshop.
Adobe is restructuring the business to a subscription-based business model and it was reported that last June Adobe had 700,000 paid Creative Cloud subscribers. At the moment the Creative Cloud membership costs $49.99 per month.
